The more common 10" and 14" ducts wouldn't fit my project restrictions. Having no-charge home delivery from made this an easy purchase. Snapping the halves together was...er....a snap, and the 3' lengths were perfect for the ankle height register I had planned in my basement room with 9' ceilings.
