We offer FREE shipping on all orders to USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, China & most countries in Asia & Europe
Our orders are normally shipped via Pos Malaysia (Flexipack International). Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday and not including local public holidays) and normally you should expect to receive it 3 - 5 days (for USA, Singapore & Europe) after dispatch and 4 - 7 days (for other countries).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or new replacement.
For undeliverable packages due to the buyer’s fault (receiver non-contactable by the courier upon delivery or the wrong address/ contact submitted by the buyer), when the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs if the buyer wish us to resend the item.

If you wish to return your item for any other reason apart from damaged on delivery or wrong item sent, please send the item back to us with the original unused and unopened packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once the item reach us and inspected, we will arrange a refund to you.
