Our Raw (Unfiltered or Unprocessed) Honey tends to exhibit a "wax ring."
Although a majority of the wax is removed during the initial settling, following the extraction process, microscopic particles of wax, propolis and pollen will float to the top as the honey continues to settle in the jar.

Crystallized honey
occurs when some of the glucose content has spontaneously crystallized from solution as the monohydrate. It is also called "granulated honey" or "candied honey". Honey that has crystallized (or commercially purchased crystallized) can be returned to a liquid state by warming.

Real, raw honey crystallizes. The crystallization process is natural and spontaneous. Pure, raw and unheated honey has a natural tendency to crystallize over time with no effect on the honey other than color and texture
