The Parker street tee is a stainless steel 316 t-shaped pipe fitting with male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads on one run and female NPT threads on the other run connections and on the branch for connecting one female pipe and two male pipes. The street tee has NPT threading for creating tighter seals than straight threads and is made from stainless steel 316, which is higher strength and more corrosion resistant than stainless steel 304. This fitting meets standards ANSI B31.1 and B1.20.1 for quality assurance.
